Oral Lichen Planus Clinical Trial
Do you have Oral Lichen Planus?
We are testing an investigational mouth rinse for Oral Lichen Planus.
Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) is a chronic inflammatory condition that affects the mucous membranes inside your mouth. It can cause pain, making eating, drinking and even speaking uncomfortable.
There are no approved drug treatments for OLP, and most existing treatments only help relieve symptoms.
About the study
Lipella Pharmaceuticals is conducting a Phase 2a clinical trial to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of our investigational product, LP-10, in patients with symptomatic Oral Lichen Planus (OLP).
Who can participate?
We are seeking participants who meet the following criteria:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Diagnosis: Symptomatic Oral Lichen Planus
Study Overview
The study is divided into three phases:
- Screening Phase: Initial evaluation to determine eligibility.
- Treatment Phase: Participants will receive LP-10 oral rinse treatment for 4 weeks.
- Follow-Up Phase: A post-treatment visit will occur 2 weeks after treatment completion to assess outcomes.
Study Locations
We have study sites in the following areas:
